About the event
Get involved by helping to dig and prepare the installation sites at designated trailheads!
The Catskill 3500 Club is excited to collaborate with the Catskill Visitor Center and the DEC on an important stewardship project: installing Boot Brush Stations at trailheads throughout the Catskills. Boot Brush Stations help prevent the spread of invasive plant species by encouraging hikers to clean their boots before and after a hike. This simple action protects native ecosystems and supports the long-term health of the Catskills.
