Joining the 3500 Club
There are three ways for you to submit your Tally Sheet to become a member of the Catskill 3500 Club. For any method, please make sure that your notes are robust (the weather or other trail conditions, other people you saw on the hike, etc.). These details become part of our historical record and are used by our Membership Team to write a personalized welcome letter.
Click on the Join button to fill out and submit your tally sheet online. After completing the tally sheet, you'll be prompted to purchase an annual or lifetime membership.
Click on the button to download a fillable PDF. You can submit it using the form below, then visit the dues page to purchase an annual or lifetime membership.

Download the Tally Sheet to keep track of your climbs. When you have made the 37 ascents, send your completed list with a check for the appropriate dues amount (see Due page) if you have not yet paid them to:
